Refund policy

From the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 days to return the goods delivered, with the cost of return being borne by the customer.

Only products purchased through the e-commerce our website, unopened and returned in their original packaging can be refunded.

The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging (unopened) and, if necessary, with any accessories.

The products sold at our website are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not apply in the event of a defect due to improper use or handling.

The product will be delivered by the internal department, which will confirm the refund or not, by checking in particular that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for remarketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal.

If the product meets the return conditions, it can be refunded or exchanged.

The money refund period is up to 14 banking days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to the customer, who will therefore not be able to claim a refund.
